About This Beer
To craft this 27th Anniversary Ale, the Fireston Walker crew blended five of their beloved, barrel-aged beers. This unique blend features 33% Imperial Special Bitter, 29% Imperial Barleywine, 13% Imperial Brown, 13% Imperial Stout, and 12% Imperial Oatmeal Stout — all brimming in gorgeous nuances of oak.
Tasting Notes
Complex tones of dark cocoa, caramelly espresso, and whiskey-kissed creme brûlée cascade through every quaff. Cherry cordial and date notes carry underneath before a deliciously sophisticated, woody finish.

This was good. Definitely more sweet barley wine flavors in the mix here than I would’ve preferred, but the blend was still solid.
