A Note on This Beer
Even before 4 Noses scored a spot on the Beer Travel Guide’s list of Best Breweries Outside of Denver, and before Food & Wine Magazine crowned them one of Colorado’s 25 Essential Breweries, locals swarmed the taproom for juicebombs like today’s Flatiron Fog.
New England IPAs are what put the GABF award-winning brewery on the Rocky Mountain beer map!
To craft their newest batch of Flatiron Fog NE-style IPA, the brewers stuffed the OJ-like quencher with uncanny amounts of tropical, juice-forward Citra and floral Centennial Hops.
With each soft swig, swells of ripe pineapple and passionfruit mingle with tangy blasts of grapefruit flavor. On the finish, a hint of OJ tingles the taste buds, alongside a refreshing bite of piney bitterness.
