The color in the picture is a little off compared to what I poured. The cider itself has a sweet yet subtle aroma. My first sip I was greeted with fresh, wild raspberries. It was balanced well with a little tartness. The cider slowly tapered off into a pleasant lemon after taste. I'm not much of a cider fan but this is a cider I could drink all summer!

Raspberry comes through strongly, complementing the apple. Lemon provides a mildly tart finish. Definitely an all-time favorite cider.
