About This Beer

I don’t know what kind of mad science MIT grad Pete Oates and the EQ crew used to craft today’s juicebomb. It’s called Fluctuation, so maybe they used a flux capacitor…?

Tasting Notes

Bright bursts of juicy mandarin, drippy pineapple, and candied mango surge through every sip like Marty McFly clinging to the back of a truck on a skateboard. Creamy cascades of sorbet chase after with nuances of dank passion fruit and (lone) pine on the end.

Hazy, floral, citrusy resinous fruit sniffs, soft, fuzzy, Tangerine hoppiness, tropical undertones, subtle dankness, perfectly sweet, nicely resiny, mildly bitter. 4.4.

Nose is floral, tropical & a bit dank. Pours hazy gold w/decent head. Mouthfeel is clean/smooth. On the palate, a bit bready, but plenty of hoppiness to carry forward. Notes of lemon, grapefruit, juniper hit the palate nicely. Low to moderate bitterness.

Melon....strong fruity nose. Smooth sipper, slightly dank and well made. Lactose addition seems to cut down the bitterness nicely.

This is delicious! Great aroma of citrus and hops. Great balanced flavors of melon/stone fruit along with some bitter zest and hops. Doesn’t drink like 8.1%
