About This Beer
To craft it, the Ever Grain crew started with a traditional, Bavarian-style base, then they fermented it with a phenolic yeast strain for all the classic flavors that made these brews so beloved in the first place.
Tasting Notes
Clove and banana bread aromas erupt out of every vibrantly golden pour. The sip follows with notes of vanilla, dough, and a kiss of citrus. Herbal tones from the hops round out the fruity flavors, with invigorating coriander and pepper notes flowing through on the finish.
