About This Beer
The Fair State Brewing Cooperative crafted this limited time brew with a corn and Pilsner malt base for maximum crushability. Then they added lime purée at the end of the lagering process for a dash of tanginess.
Tasting Notes
Each swig of Foamers Lime swells with bright zest on top of a crisp, clean Lager base. It’s like your favorite Mexi-Lager with a fresh citrus wedge, only better.

This beer is clean, crisp, and easy to drink. I find the lime to not be overpowering and it tastes of actual lime and not artificial flavoring. For a lime lager, it is good.

i was pretty hopeful this would be smooth drink like a lot of the other salt and lime style beers, Stone makes a solid one, but the lime is just too strong. it would probably be best as a beer-girita. in fact, that is a great idea for this one.

Better than a corona lime but not much…

I’d rate it higher were it not for a slight chemical bitterness I get on the finish.

Light, refreshing and sessionable. The lime is just right. The citrus tang works wonders with the sweet malty backbone of this beer. Easy to drink a bunch of these in the summer without realizing how many you had.

STRONG lime flavor. I wonder if they used the entire lime when they made the purée, as I got a strong citrus oil vibe from it. if you like lime and citrus, give this one a try

Ignore the low reviews from the folks dreaming of "dank" "rich" flavors. This beer is exactly what it looks like: a summer crusher for a 99 degree day. Strong lime flavor, mild lager base.

A limey lager

A light beer with slightly more lime flavor than I expected. This was a little too similar to Bud Lite Lime for me though, since that is so readily available.

Plenty of bright lime aromas. Reminds me of the beach. Pretty nice, balanced lime flavors without being overly sweet or candy-like. Definitely a nice, refreshing, poolside sipper.
