About This Beer
For Forager’s Cuvée, the Oregon brewers blended spontaneously fermented, Lambic inspired beer aged in ex-wine barrels for one to two years. Then they let it referment on native Pacific Northwest huckleberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
Tasting Notes
The end result should capture the region’s stunning terroir while masterfully oscillating between jammy bramble fruit notes, balanced lemony acidity, and deep saddle leather funky undertones. And we expect it to conclude with crisp, snappy finish.
