About This Beer
The clever Minnesota crew started by brewing with malted oats and flaked wheat for a full, velvety texture. Malted rye adds even more silkiness while also adding richness to the malt and a spicy zest to the brew.
Then Modist whirlpool and double dry hopped the brew with an exotic hop bill including uncommon, recently named Talus Hops, Citra, El Dorado Cryo, Ekuanot Cryo, and Sabro
Tasting Notes
Waves of succulent tangerine, tangy pineapple, creamy coconut, and lush peach splash across the palate with every sip. Bright botanicals, spicy pepper, and herbal wood notes — pine, cedar, and oak — bring delicate balance to the juicy fruit notes.

this is one of the better new england IPAs I’ve had. sort of a fruity taste and goes down easy. not too overwhelming with alcohol.

Return to Chicken Island, which apparently is now Forbidden. Full batter(y) of hops in that basket, I lost count. Funky Fresh.

Not bad, but not great for my liking. It was not horrible, and I did finish it.. But it was lacking on taste for me.
