Draft Mag urges beer fans to “put all-sour brewery The Rare Barrel on your radar!”

Their Forces Unseen (2020) Barrel Aged Sour is a prime example of their skills. To craft it, the Cali brewers cultivate a unique mix of wild cultures to deliver bright notes of tropical fruit that dance around nuances of bretty funk.

We agree! This is one of those Sours you can trick your friends and fam with. Have them take a sip and guess which fruits the brewery added to it. Then, after they rattle off tropical flavors like pineapple, passion fruit, and pomelo, tell them the brewers used no actual fruit, whatsoever!
