A Note on This Beer
Welcome! Today, Tavour is taking you on a tour through the WeldWerks Brewing Museum of Natural History!
On your right, you may remember our past offering of the coveted Blueberry Pie Berliner. It can be traced as far back as the nearly forgotten Pre-Covid19 Period. On your left, you may observe a fantastic specimen, Juicy Bits, that craft beer scholars at Thrillist named one of the Best IPAs in America.
And, don’t miss our newest exhibition! Today’s brew is dedicated to the fascinating science of Fossilization.
A Fossilization occurs when a Sour Berliner Weisse is covered in juicy beds of papaya, blood orange, and passion fruit purees. Over hundreds of thousands of years, these tropical beds infuse the Wheat Ale with fruit-forward flavor.
Many scholars attest that notes of vanilla and milk sugar are key to Fossilization’s creamy finish. And dry hopping with Sabro really dials in those tropical flavors.
This exhibit is a ‘can’t miss.’ Be sure to leave a comment card on your way out, like @Sarah L. on Untappd: “The more I drink of this, the more I love it.”
