Spring has finally sprung! And, you know what that means: the opening of local farmer’s markets! 

I can’t wait to stroll through them on Saturday afternoons, admiring the booths and blissfully sipping a freshly blended smoothie filled to the brim with seasonal fruit.

Unfortunately, I still have to wait a couple of weeks before my local market opens. Until then, I’ve got FRUCTUS DANICA 16: PRICKLY PEAR, POMEGRANATE, BLUEBERRY to satisfy all my smoothie cravings!

Each can is chock full of sweet-tart prickly pears, tangy pomegranates, and juicy blueberries. The mouthfeel is as luxuriant as homemade jam, with a hint of sweet bubblegum on the finish.
