About This Beer
Like everything Casey makes, this brew is painstakingly crafted using real, locally grown fruit. Barrel aging and bottle conditioning adds funky notes and a tart finish that Sour fans can’t get enough of.
Tasting Notes
The brew has been conditioning in the bottle since October 2020, so its ripe fruit flavors are deeply complex and sippable. There’s delightful, palate-buzzing tanginess and gentle funk from the Saison base in each taste, with increasing white wine notes and piney character from the Nelson Sauvin Hops.
