About This Beer
For this release, the crew aged their flagship Saison in oak wine barrels alongside a whole two pounds per gallon of fresh, PNW-grown marionberries. Then they added whole Madagascar vanilla beans to really take the flavor to the next level.
Tasting Notes
The sip starts out bright and tangy with gentle undertones of barnyard funk. Then jammy bramble berry and rich vanilla sweetness mellow things out on the backend, with sophisticated woodspice nuances expertly accentuating the finish.
