Pears’ nectarous, floral qualities are what led the Colorado Saison stars at Casey to craft this tangy tipple with 2 lbs per gallon of local Bartlett pears.
Tasting Notes
The brewers aged it in oak barrels to bring a subtle haylike funk to its bright, verdant fruitiness. Touches of wood and tart pome skin combine for a delightfully dry finish that lingers on the palate with notes of vanilla and tannins.
