About This Beer
The Colorado crew combined a tangy Saison base with over 4 lbs per gallon of fresh red raspberries and aged it in oak barrels for several months. And they added twice their normal amount of vanilla whose creamy nuances bolster the barrel tones.
Tasting Notes
Each intricately tangy quaff treats your taste buds to pops of jammy bramble fruit accented by zesty zips of lemony funk and underripe red berries. Subtle crème brûlée hints follow horse blanket and tobacco undertones, lingering into the tart finish and smoothing out the sip.
