About This Beer
To craft it, the Stout specialists at Bottle Logic took inspiration from rum raisin ice cream. They started by aging their FO base in Bayou rum casks for 12 months. Then they blended in a single cask of their rum barrel aged Arcane Rituals Barleywine for decadent notes of dried fruit.
Tasting Notes
We haven’t tried this beauty yet, but we’re anticipating sumptuous notes of chewy date, chocolate covered raisin, and vanilla oak on every velvety smooth swig. Hints of brown sugar and baking spice from the barrels should swirl throughout, further obscuring the 15% ABV.
