About This Beer
The Wayfinder crew double decocted this beer with Munich and roast malts for formidable malt presence. They fermented it extra cold with their secret heritage Lager yeast and finished it with an excessive Lagering schedule for a seductively smooth Bock.
Tasting Notes
Nuances of rich cocoa and toasted wheat course through every near creamy sip. Deep, dark fruit, delicate nuttiness, and subtle toffee notes follow before a balancing bitter wave of roasty coffee on the end.

Another disgusting bock from Wayfinder. It tastes like a Coke with too much cheap Mexican brandy – boozy, bitter, yet too sweet, and nothing at all is subtle. This is trash. I’ve got a can of trash. Tavour sold me a tiny little trash can.

Loved this bock. Almost licorice aroma. Light roast. Nice acidity to balance the sweet. Medium lasting body. Moar plz.

Born on 10/05/20. Very deep brown (near black) color. Flavor is soft dark fruits, molasses, lager yeast finish. It is damn near spot on style. Malt and yeast profile is mellow.

More like a strong Schwarzbier than a bock. Lots of roasted malt in aroma and taste. Mostly dry with light sweetness on aftertaste. Interesting style. Glad I was able to try!
