About This Beer
The brewers started with one of their beloved wild and funky base beers, added whole blackberries and red currants at a rate of 2lbs per gallon, and conditioned the brew in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
You’ll taste nuances of bramble berry carrying over tangy lemon tones, with hints of cut hay and turned earth rustling around the edges. Mild tartness makes for an approachable sip, while subtle pepper and oak notes add depth and intricacy.
