About This Beer
The Colorado crew started by fermenting it in oak with a custom mix of cultures. Then they aged the brew in vintage wine barrels alongside whole, ripe Colorado nectarines. Finally, they bottle-conditioned it with some sugar and yeast for an effervescent sip.
This stellar brew is a mouth-puckering swig of subtle funk and enormous mouthfuls of nectarine juice, all flowing into an invigorating, snappy finish.

Blast of tart nectarine at first, followed by sweet, farmhouse notes, then the nectarine returns, chewy and subtle, like the whole fruit would be. Finality fades dry and funky, lingering with nectarine.
Tang! Nectarines abound in this puckerfest. Has a really pleasant dry coat on the finish.
