About This Beer
The dons at Icarus named their highly ranked Italian Pilsner after Tony Soprano’s loyal associate. And they brewed this bad boy with Belgian Pilsner and German Melanoidin Malts, plus Santiam and Huell Melon Hops. Then they gave it a little extra pop with a dry hopping of more Huell Melon during a long lagering period.
