About This Beer
This captivating beer won gold at the Festival of Barrel Aged Beers and routinely leaves fans speechless.
Side Project Brewing created this stunner on a base of their Missouri Wild Ale, fermented and aged in their French oak foeder for two years. Then they matured it for several more months on local white peaches, allowing the brew to absorb the fruit’s ambrosial floral nuances.
Tasting Notes
Fuzzy tempts you in with aromas of ripe stone fruit, lemon zest, and dew-kissed straw. Bright notes of tart peaches and a mild funk ripple through its natural effervescence along with subtle honeysuckle tones. A hint of oaky vanilla adds a layer of smoothness to the dry finish of each tangy sip.

Honestly I was a bit disappointed. Flavors are overall solid but this is Side Project and for the cost and reputation I should be blown away.... I'm not! Just sour and acidic nothing much more.
