About This Beer
Side Project fermented and aged a Missouri Wild Ale in their French oak foeder for two whole years. Then they matured it for an additional seven months on Missouri-grown white peaches, allowing it to referment until dry. Finally, they bottle conditioned the brew, giving it a fine, champagne-like carbonation.
Tasting Notes
We anticipate floral and haylike aromas. On the sip, we expect a crisp body blooming with ambrosial peach tones supported by gentle whispers of oaky tannins and barnyard funk.
