About This Beer
To create this exceptional bottle, the brewers started with their Farmhouse-style base brew, crafted with an addition of spelt. They hopped the beer with Strata, fermented slowly with a mixed culture, and aged it on oak with plenty of plums.
Tasting Notes
You’ll taste tart notes of lemon zest mingling with mellow stonefruit notes. Hints of grassy funk scamper around the edges, with just a touch of hoppy bitterness keeping things balanced through the effervescent finish.
