About This Beer
Casey brewed this Farmhouse Ale with spelt to give the base a soft feel and subtly nutty flavor that beautifully complements their mixed yeast culture. Following fermentation in neutral oak, they conditioned it on locally-grown Fantasia nectarines.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is like biting into a ripe Colorado nectarine courtesy of four pounds per gallon of whole stone fruit. A flood of tart-sweet juice flows through each sip, accented by mild, funky nuances of chamomile and hay. A whisper of lemon-twist in the aroma adds extra depth to the jammy and tangy tones.

Very tart! Lovely stone fruit in the aroma and flavor - brighter and bolder than peach with a more citric emphasis. Minerality in the palate. TASTEY! A slightest acetic note on the back of the throat for a more complex experience.
