About This Beer
The Colorado crew started out with a spontaneously fermented Ale. After extensive aging in oak barrels, they conditioned the brew on a massive pile of whole, local blackberries.
Tasting Notes
Zippy berry flavor floods every sip, accented by nuances of lemon zest and fresh-cut hay. A touch of vinous character rounds out the sip, with hints of and grape, leading to a crisp, approachable finish.
