About This Beer
First, they crafted a base Ale with just a hint of spelt to bolster the body. Then they let it rest in oak barrels. After they aged it, they subsequently added a juicy blend of red and black raspberries.
Tasting Notes
The final result tastes simultaneously elegant and refreshing. The sip starts out with a vivid yet balanced tang. Ripe brambleberry notes burst on the palate with an understated sweetness, while funky barnyard nuances and hints of oak dance underneath.
