About This Beer

To create this one, the Louisiana brew crew utilized a brand new, state of the art hop product — Cryo Fresh Hops from Yakima Chief. They’re basically flash-frozen fresh-hop pellets that retain all the delicious qualities of freshly picked cones!

Tasting Notes

Look for layers of pungent orange and tangy tangerine flavor, along with hints of piney resin, bright pineapple, and dank melon. According to the brewery, it’s what Ghost would taste like “if it was simply juice squeezed from a berry that grew upon a hop vine.” Yum!

Smooth, hazy, and sweet, unlike your average IPA. Parish Brewing has made an IPA with almost zero bitterness, just flavors of smooth citrus, bold hops, and a pillowy mouth feel without any added marshmallow or lactose. This guy is beautifully hazy, balanced in its sweetness and the boldness of the hop flavor. A must try! This beer is so good it made me re-vist the other Parish Brewing beers like ghost in the machine!
