About This Beer
Like every of Plan Bee’s delicious offerings, ALL of the ingredients come from their home state of NY, with many cultivated on the brewery’s own farm! The terroir-focused crew brewed with it Poughkeepsie-grown rainbow carrots, apples, and ginger aged in Hudson Valley white oak, for a delightfully unique spring-time sipper.
Tasting Notes
Natural sweetness swirls throughout, intermingling with a vivid tartness. Subtly vegetal carrot notes and barnyard funk ripple underneath, while hints of spicy ginger accentuate all the flavors. It all culminates in a crisp, refreshing finish that’s supremely satisfying on a warm afternoon.

subtle and light farmhouse. A subtle taste of apples and ginger - perfection

Crisp and effervescent, similar to an off-dry apple cider, with the slight heat and bite of ginger on the finish. There is an earthy funk and sweetness which could be attributed to carrots. A mild, approachable, and ultimately subtle farmhouse ale.
