About This Beer
To craft his Belgian Ale, The Bruery joined forces with their friend Brooke Williamson — restaurateur and Top Chef winner!
Together, they combined the layered complexity of the base brew with additions of milk sugar, almonds, and Earl Grey tea.
Tasting Notes
Look forward to delicate notes of bergamot melding with hints of phenolic spice and a rich nuttiness. Milky tea nuances should carry from start to finish, leaving behind barely any trace of the 8.5% ABV.

Extremely interesting. Unlike any other beers. Tastes exactly like a cold cup of earl grey tea. Very unique flavor and would definitely recommend trying however would not drink more than one every once in a while.
