About This Beer
To craft this beast, the phenomenal Main & Mill crew started with a thick base brimming with cocoa notes. Then they aged it for a titanic 22 months in hand selected Willett Rye barrels with a blend of Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
Enormous aromas of vanilla and rye spill out of every pour like Godzilla rising from the depths. Let it warm, and decadent nuances of whiskey caramel, crème brûlée, and spiced oak surge through the sip like his atomic breath.

Nice caramel notes on the stout base. Barrel aging adds complexity.

Delivered 7-29-22 drank 2-26-23. completely flat and a little sour. Undrinkable. Poured out what was left and noticed it settled out.
