A Note on This Beer
The late great John Lewis once told the world to “Never, ever be afraid to make some noise and get in good trouble, necessary trouble.”
Fernanda and Robert Rivers, owners of Imagine Nation Brewing, have lived and breathed these words since day one.
The two met while training in Romania for an organization that aims to protect citizens against violence. Then, they continued their philanthropic course by helping out in conflict zones around the world. For 20 years, they worked in high tension places such as South Sudan, Lebanon, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Then, they opened their own brewery in Montana, complete with its own Center for Community Transformation — to provide the people of Missoula with a space for everything from fundraisers to workshops. With today’s Good Trouble DDH, they’re saying “thank you” to their neighbors and fans for supporting and sharing in the journey.
This hop-fruity New England-style IPA is the amped up version of one of Imagine Nation’s longest running brews, which is also one of the highest rated in their lineup! They Double Dry Hopped this Good Trouble with huge amounts of Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and extra-potent Citra Cryo.
Each juicy sip is a sorbet scoop of smooth mango flavors mixed with ribbons of orange zest and grapefruit rind. Bursting with bright citrus notes and Fruit Loop-like sweetness, it’s incredibly refreshing and all-around massively enjoyable!
If you’re lucky enough to score yourself some cans out of our tiny 30 case stash, you can be one of the only people outside of Montana to taste this luxurious juicebomb. For those of you who’ve had Imagine Nation brews before, you deserve this thank-you — and for any newcomers, it’s never too late to help support a brewery that’s making a difference.
