About This Beer
The crew at Exhibit ‘A’ say this beer is ‘in many ways the soul of our brewery.’ When they set out to create it, they wanted to make a classic Kolsch that could stand up to classic examples from the styles namesake city of Koln, Germany. They nailed it — Craft Beer & Brewing rated this beer a world class 97/100, and Paste Mag called it “drinkable as hell!”
Tasting Notes
First and foremost, this Kolsch is crisp, clean, and shockingly smooth. Pour a pint, and you’ll discover subtle aromas of peach, white wine, and lemon. On the finish, classic German malts create nuances of bread crust and honey.

Tasty beer. Not super memorable but it wasn’t a bad experience.

Really sweet, almost clementine on the nose, but mellower to the taste, with good citrus and cracker flavors. one of the best I’ve had on Tavour.
