About This Beer
To craft this stunner, the Anchorage crew brewed it with a whole lot of honey, thiol-boosting yeast, and drippy Citra Incognito Hops. Then they dry hopped it with Sabro, Vic Secret, and Nelson Sauvin for even more tropical hop flavor!
Tasting Notes
Each pillow-soft sip bursts with notes of passionfruit and grapefruit peel while rich wildflower honey swirls underneath. It’s so luscious, you might not even notice the bold 10% ABV!

Solid ipa!

Solid DIPA, honey hint didn’t make it too sweet which was nice. Nice hop profile, not as inspiring as Bite IIIPA though, hard to top that one.

I have never had a beer from Anchorage that I did not love. More of the same here. Cheers!

The honey in this is pretty crazy! You don’t taste it on the tip of the tongue, but on the finish you want to lick the thick flavor off your teeth.

Flavorful that has a bite.

Good but leans sweet and malty. The honey clearly comes out as a lingering taste and has a good balance with the bitterness. Solid if you like malty west coast IPAs but want less hop bite.

Grapefruit and honey. Not sweet. Easy drinking.

Honey with a boozy feel to it. This TIPA has such a smooth, soft mouthfeel. Notes of candied orange dance across the tongue.

Honey shines through the hoppy goodness with nicely balanced bitterness. Went well with Moroccan Lamb meatballs.

So good. Honey? Didn’t notice this at all (and that’s OK). I did notice solid Grapefruit deliciousness and smooth creamy mouthfeel. Excellent.

Cloudy yellow gold color. Frothy white head. Fragrant stone fruit aroma hints at melon, apricot and pear. Flavor upfront is juicy, sweet and tangy. Notes of lemon, passion fruit.and pineapple. Some underlying bitterness from middle on. Finish dries out and leaves you wanting more. That’s a good thing.

This is an ideal IPA for me. Looks like O.J. in the glass and tastes just as citrusy. They should have given this a Billy Idol theme, cause you'll want more...more, more, more, more, More!

Solid eastern style IPA, but not as amazing as I’ve come to expect from the brewer.
