About This Beer
For this treat, the ET crew used wheat in the base for a bright, bready brew brimming with nuances of citrus. Then they conditioned it in their American oak foudre for delicious complements of woody complexity.
Tasting Notes
Waves of wheat and golden grains lead to floral flourishes of orange blossom kissed with honey. Subtle barrel tones accentuate it all before a refreshingly snappy finish.

Respect the Evil Twin group. But this wasn't my favorite from them.

There’s a distinct wheat softness that underlies the rich, but not overpowering, oaky quality. Balanced and elegant.

Good quality Golden Lager. Definitely a woody, floral aroma, which is quite pleasant. Lingering honey notes on the finish.
