The crew at Parish Brewing named today’s beer in honor of Holly Beach, a.k.a. The Cajun Riviera.

That’s where folks in Louisiana head when they want to unwind without traveling too far from home — which is exactly the sort of experience this brew will give you. It’s 16 ounces of laid back relaxation that you can stash right in your fridge!

To make a tiki inspired Berliner Weisse, the brewers pulled out all the stops, adding pineapple, mango, passionfruit, coconut cream, and toasted coconut! Every sip glitters with tropical fruit flavor that invites you to lounge in a hammock, sofa, or just sprawled on the lawn.

More muted and overall less compelling than its Grand Isle or Wynwood predecessors. It tastes like grapefruit more than anything else to me. Not too sweet, not too sour – Parish always makes elegant product.

Huge aroma of pineapple with mango and coconut in the background. Quick hit of meaty coconut up front in taste with pineapple juice on the finish. Very slight hint of tartness. Definitely get the tiki vibes.

This is tasty AF. It’s lighter than a lot of other fruit based beers, but still packs a lot of flavor. The ABV could’ve been a bit higher, otherwise this beer is amazing
