A Note on This Beer
Today’s exceptionally rare, delicate, artisanal brew comes from the #3 Micro Brewery in the World on Untappd!
To craft this 4.22 UT-rated Grisette, the brewers at Side Project fermented an Ale with wild yeasts and aged it in a Missouri Oak Foeder for several months. Then, in a unique turn, they gently dry-hopped the brew with New Zealand Pacifica and Slovenian Styrian Golding Hops before naturally conditioning it in the bottle.
Each sip flows with bright farmhouse tang, lightly tart lemon, and soft pear accented by vibrant floral, zesty orange, and herbaceous spice notes. An effervescent body and scintillating, dry finish make each taste that much more invigorating.
In a 750ml bottle, this crisp, refreshing, and endlessly complex brew is ready to be shared!
But, Dry-Hopped Grisette is already sold out in the taproom and online. So, unless you’ve got someone on the inside of Side Project’s heavily-guarded cellar — or you’re willing to make some hefty trades for this gem — the only way to get your hands on this oak-aged beauty is right here.
