The brewers at Side Project say their Grisette is their flagship beer. And, they only make it in small batches a few times each year!

That says a lot about the kind of brewery Side Project is — everything they do is small-batch, artisanal, one-of-a-kind. Even their flagship is never exactly the same from one release to the next, because it’s fermented with wild yeasts, creating new layers of lightly funky complexity and stone fruit flavor each time.

Even though it’s hard to find, plenty of people have taken notice. Wine Enthusiast Magazine even named Grisette one of their Top 10 Beers of 2020 in the December issue! 

They call it “a lovely all day sipper that is lively with just-ripe strawberry and peach,” that “manages to be both traditional and modern in each sip.”

We couldn’t agree more. It’s crisp, refreshing, and endlessly multi-faceted, with notes of lemongrass and hints of oak from aging in a Missouri Oak Foudre, all wrapped in effervescent carbonation from natural bottle conditioning.
