Sauce Magazine lauds Main & Mill Brewing as one of the Best-Kept Secrets in St. Louis Beer. And, they don’t even brew within city limits!

Folks regularly trek out to rural Festus, MO just to indulge in Main & Mill’s delectable creations. They know getting their hands on an actual can from these small-town brewmasters is next to impossible!

And, before these crazy-COVID days, a Main & Mill release day summoned 400+ eager fans to their taproom doors by 5am!

Lucky for you, we pulled some strings and reserved a stash of today’s Guava Fruited Smoothie Sour just for Tavour members.

This smoothie-style Sour Ale is one juicy treat, indeed. The brewers load the tart confection with roughly 55 lbs of extra tangy Brazilian Guava, Pink Guava, Pineapple, and Passionfruit per barrel. Then, they drizzle it with a whisper of silky lactose, adding a layer of creamy complexity to every sip.

Fair warning: we snagged 80 of the 200 cases in existence! So, unless you’re able to make it to St. Louis anytime soon, this is your shot!
