I love sushi. LOVE IT. In fact, I dig it so much that I didn’t think there was any way to increase my enjoyment, but then I discovered Hanamachi.
This crisp, clean, ultra-crushable brew makes for an ideal sip between mouthfuls of sashimi and maki — it’s an even better palate cleanser than the pickled ginger!
Tasting Notes
The crew at Bottle Logic crafted this Japanese-style Lager with plenty of rice for a super smooth finish, then they added a careful dose of hops for hints of jasmine flower, lemongrass, and fresh herbs. It’s so refreshingly chuggable that you might totally forget about that rainbow roll on your plate!
