About This Beer
How’d the mead masters at Schramm’s create such a beloved sip? Well, with honey, obviously. But not that stuff that comes out of the plastic bear you buy at the grocery store. No, for this, they turned to the rare and expensive Scottish Heather Honey — sometimes referred to as the “champagne” of honey.
Tasting Notes
Huge honeypot aromas waft out of the golden pour, along with inviting wisps of complex florals. The taste follows, with rich, earthy sweetness wrapping around your taste buds like taking a bite of raw honeycomb. Elderflower and chamomile accents layer throughout, creating a sublime depth of flavor and erasing all traces of the 14% ABV.

Great floral notes on the nose. And just a honey explosion in the mouth. Delicious!
