About This Beer
Firestone Walker and The Bruery co-fermented this showstopper with maple syrup and then aged it in brandy barrels for 8 months, “pushing the limits of what [their] house yeast is capable of.”
Tasting Notes
We’re expecting each sip to conjure notes of brandy-soaked, fig-filled cordials. Candied apple, chocolate, and toffee nuances should fold into decadent maple syrup tones, leading to lingering hints of vanilla and tannic oak on the finish. All while keeping the bold 16.5% ABV deceptively smooth.
