A Note on This Beer
The brewers at Four City are also musicians! They love to experiment with hops just as much as with their music. And, no wonder — they were inspired by another great inventor from their hometown of West Orange, NJ. Thomas Edison, inventor of the phonograph.
Their Hedison’s Phonograph Vol. 1 - Mosaic NE-Style Double IPA showcases the tropical berry lemonade-laden hop with creative potency. They brewed this 8% ABV deliciousness outside of the box with a generous double dry-hopping of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo Hops.
The 2x hopping dispatches twice the juiciness, while the Cryo Hops inject a concentrated brightness to deliver that vivid tanginess hopheads crave.
This forward-minded hop experience includes mango and lychee aromas, orange-strawberry flavors with a twist of sweet lemon, and clean, quenching, herbal nuances on the finish.
We connected with Four City through Fresh Fest, the first Black-owned beer festival. They’re making great beer and educating people through awareness along their journey. And, we’re stoked to be able to include all of you in this exploration of beer and culture.
If you’re down for a tasty awakening, the brewers encourage you to taste today’s brew alongside some of your favorite IPAs!
