About This Beer
The team started with a grain bill featuring 50% wheat malt and lightly hopped it with Saaz. Then they fermented the brew with an authentic Bavarian Weiss yeast strain, adjusting the temperature to squeeze the most out of its fruity esters.
Tasting Notes
Gorgeous gulps swell with notes of freshly-baked banana bread. Spicy clove nuances mingle with hints of sweet fruit and silky vanilla. Meanwhile, the soft, grainy backbone gives it rich brioche tones. And every smooth sip culminates in a crisp finish.

Wheaty, clean, and slightly spicy with hints of clove and allspice. A really lovely Hefe.
