The Saturn is a tropical tiki drink made with passionfruit, orgeat, falernum, lemon juice, and gin. 

Unfortunately, enjoying this beverage from the comfort of home requires buying all the ingredients, mixing and muddling them yourself, and peeling your own lemon twists for garnish. Yeesh!

Luckily, New Image has done all the work for you in their newest Sour Ale, Hey Bartender: Saturn. With some uniquely groovy additions rarely seen in a Sour, they developed a brew worthy of a date night in the tropics.

Their talented mixologists blended fresh passionfruit and lemon purée with almond flour, juniper, orange flower, clove, and orange peel. The juniper gives it a hint of fresh pine, like the original gin-based beverage, while the cloves and orange peel add a warm and inviting autumnal spice.

Sipping this bright, juicy, expertly-balanced Sour is certainly easier than making the cocktail, and it still comes laced with a boozy 8.75% ABV.

So, the next time you’re in the mood for a classy tropical drink, pour one of these into a chilled glass and sip it pinky-up — just don’t forget the lemon wedge!
