About This Beer
Cobbler tones waft out of each bottle of this wild Golden Sour, pouring into a refreshingly tart taste accented by fresh peaches, cinnamon, and vanilla.
The Rare Barrel fermented it in steel tanks for a few weeks, before switching the brew over to oak barrels to age for 9 months with the fruit and spices. The constellation of wild yeast and bacteria went to work and the brewers tasted and tested, resulting in this spectacular sipper.
Tasting Notes
Each swig starts out with the tanginess of underripe stone fruit before mellowing into delicate nuances of peaches and cream. Underneath, funky oak and earthy spice layer each mouthful with an appealing complexity that brings you back for more.

I wanted to like this beer so much, couldn’t do it. Tart with a lot of carbonation, missing a touch of sweetness.

Maybe this doesn’t ship well, but meh. Can’t decide what it wants to be. Jack of several trades, master of none.

like something between a bellini and a peach cobbler with just-right cinnamon and vanilla. good peach flavor and just lovely sour
