To create this apple-tastic Berliner Weiss-style brew, the crew at Pontoon added cinnamon apple cereal, apple gummy candy, and an absolutely absurd amount of honey crisp apples!
When you’re buddies go “wow! How did they make it so apple-y?” That's what you can tell them.
Tasting Notes
Imagine a sweet, spiced Cider with a candied finish and you’ll have a pretty good idea of what you’re in for. Waves of crisp apple flavor with a caramel coating and a tangy finish! You’ll find a little bit of cereal-malt flavor in there as well, with just a touch of baking spice.

I like my drinks sweet. Cocktails, whiskies, beers…sweeter than not. This, however, was beyond sweet! Imagine the red Kool-Aid from when you were a kid, but then your mom says you could make it. Instead of one cup of sugar, you dump half the bag in! If you like it sweet, and you have some insulin on stand-by, this is for you!
