To craft this “Tropical Wheat,” the stellar Bearded Iris crew hopped it with Saaz and Simcoe for luscious notes of sun-kissed fruit. And they fermented it with Cosmic Punch yeast to absolutely amp those vibrant, tangy, tropical notes.

dry for a wheat beer, which based on some other brews, I'm starting to think is due to the cosmic punch yeast. I did the initial taste at night, but I bet it's a really crushable beer for the backyard on a hot day.
