About This Beer
To create this stunning concoction, the crew started with a blend of two different Pale Sour beers. Then they let it age in red wine barrels for two whole years with heaping helpings of blueberry, raspberry, and vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Jammy bramble fruit and rich vanilla swirl together with every moderately tangy sip. Sophisticated tannic notes of oak and Pinot Noir peak through on the finish. It’s like finishing up a glass of wine from dinner with a fresh slice of handmade pie topped with whipped cream!

This is my first Barrel-Aged Sour. Very funky but the wine aging does come through. Neat.
