About This Beer
To craft this imaginative brew, the North Carolina crews at Fonta Flora and Burial started with a mash of local barley and local wheat, boiled in their open top oak foeder with blazing hot granite rocks. And they doused it all in lush cone character with an intense hopping of Amarillo Cryo, Simcoe Cryo, Chinook, Riwaka, and Citra Hyperboost.
Tasting Notes
The hot rock boil brings out the richness of the malt bill, creating a dynamic thread of toasted cracker throughout the sip. Meanwhile, hoppy layers of pine resin, citrus peel, stone fruit, cannabis, and marmalade lead the palate to a crisp and clean finish.
