About This Beer
Beer Backstory/About the Beer: The crew crafted the base with local pilsner malt, a pinch of flaked oats, and a dash of dextrin malt before hitting it with a boatload of Kohatu, Nectaron, and Nelson Sauvin Hops. Then they fermented it with their house West Coast IPA yeast, for extra dry crushability.
Tasting Notes
Each swig packs plenty of pithy citrus and resinous pine underneath its tangerine and jasmine aromas. Syncopated notes of passion fruit, white grape, and lychee harmonize with a dank, bitter backbone.

A little on the bitter side and not overly flavorful but still solid

nice hop bitterness for a west coast. I didn’t like the malt flavor of the beer.
